Meeting Update

Frank Pryzbycien, a member of The Genesis Technology Group, was the evening's speaker. The Genesis Group Technology Group advocates to create a positive impact on our region. One goal is to create a coordinated approach by SUNY-Utica Rome and MVCC to develop programs in engineering, technology, and trade in the anticipation of developing industrial growth in the area. Thank You

The club received a note of appreciation from the Proctor Cheerleaders for our club's support of the squad. Thanks to Marytheresa Balutis for her donation to the club in memory of one of her former students, David Rudolph.

Scholarship Winners

The 2005-2006 E. J. Herrmann Scholarship winners are:

Each is the recipient of $500 in scholarship money given by the family of Mr. E. J. Herrmann in his memory.

Congratulations

Congratulations the Thomas R. Proctor High School Boys Basketball Team for winning the Section III "Class AA" Championship. In the state tournament the team lost to Christian Brothers Academy of Albany by a score of 69-60. Coach Norm Stamboly received the Section III "Coach of the Year" Award. Congratulations to the Junior Optimist Club of J. F. Kennedy Middle School. Their participation in America's Greatest Heart Run and Walk raised over $200 in pledges.

The club will host a banquet honoring the 2005-2006 T. R. Proctor Boys Basketball Team. We will also acknowledge members of the 1965-1966 team.

We will honor the Students-of-the-Month from Utica's Elementary Schools.
