Congratulations

Congratulations to club member Officer Ed Noonan who earned the title of Sargent with the Utica Police Department. We wish you well.

E.J. Herrmann Update

Volunteers are needed to work the event. We especially need people to work the concession stand. Two new races are being added: The Sam Paniccia Elite Boys Race and the John Convertino Elite Girls Race. We will use three new courses beginning this year. This is our one and only fund raising activity. Please go to the E. J. Herrmann Invitational website or call Ted Chwazik, 797-7042, to volunteer.

This past year the club has distributed more than $12,000 to students in the Utica City School District through a variety of youth oriented club activities. Let's all work as a club to continue our momentum.

The club's East Utica Optimist Club Hall-of-Fame will honor Mr. Rocco Grande. He is the owner of Rosario's Pizza. The club honors Mr. Grande for his involvement in many youth activities.
