The East Utica Optimist Club and the Race Committee would like to thank the participating schools, coaches, athletes, spectators, patrons, and volunteers who contributed to the success of the 2009 meet. We hope to see you in T. R. Proctor Park on the 25th of September 2010 for the 68th E. J. Herrmann Interscholastic Cross-country Invitational.

The Entry Committee has begun accepting the online commitment forms from schools that wish to compete in this year's meet. The deadline for completing the 3-Step entry process is Tuesday, 14 September 2010. The commitment form and complete information about entering the meet are found on this page.

The following schools have indicated by submitting the online commitment form that they plan to compete in this year's Herrmann: Thomas R. Proctor, Donovan Middle School (Utica), John F. Kennedy Middle School (Utica), Sherburne-Earlville, Niskayuna, Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons (Schenectady), Cicero-North Syracuse

The following schools committed to participate in the Herrmann also host an invitational:

Niskayuna on 4 September
Sherburne-Earlville on 2 October
