8:45 AM	The "Presentation of the Colors" by the T. R. Proctor High School NJROTC and the Playing of the playing of "The Star Spangled Banner" at the start line just prior to the start of the first race. All present are kindly asked to assemble in the area for the "Presentation of the Colors".
9:00 AM	Event 1. The Mello Testa. Modified Boys. Unlimited number of runners per school. School districts having multiple junior high buildings may enter each building as a separate team.
9:20 AM	Event 2. The Fred Ferris. Modified Girls. Unlimited number of runners per school. School districts having multiple junior high buildings may enter each building as a separate team.
9:40 AM	Event 3. The Brian Dodge. Junior Varsity Boys. Unlimited number of runners per school.
10:05 AM	Event 4. The Utica Police and Fire Fighters Memorial. Junior Varsity Girls. Unlimited number of runners per school.
10:35 AM	Event 5. The Howard Rubin. Varsity Boys. Maximum of 10 runners per school.
11:00 AM	Event 6. The Dave D'Alessandro. Varsity Girls. Maximum of 10 runners per school.
11:25 AM	Event 7. The Bill DeLude. Varsity Boys. Maximum of 10 runners per school.
11:50 AM	Event 8. The Lions Club. Varsity Girls. Maximum of 10 runners per school.
12:15 PM	Event 9. The Santo Paniccia. Varsity Boys. Maximum of 10 runners per school.
12:40 PM	Event 10. The John Convertino. Varsity Girls. Maximum of 10 runners per school.
1:05 PM	Event 11. The East Utica Optimist Club. Junior Varsity Boys. Unlimited number of runners per school.
1:30 PM	Event 12. The Utica City School District. Junior Varsity Girls. Unlimited number of runners per school.
2:00 PM	Event 13. The Lenny Hoffstetter. Modified Boys. Unlimited number of runners per school. School districts having multiple junior high buildings may enter each building as a separate team.
2:20 PM	Event 14. The Monsignor Francis J. Willenburg. Modified Girls. Unlimited number of runners per school. School districts having multiple junior high buildings may enter each building as a separate team.

Coaches are reminded that they can not enter a junior varsity team unless a varsity team, consisting of at least 5 runners, is entered.

The entry committee will divide the number of schools into thirds to determine the field for the varsity events; and, will divide the number of schools into halves to determine the field for the modified and junior varsity events. Schools with the smaller enrollments will run in the earlier events; and, schools with the higher enrollments will run in the later events. The field for each event may be found on the 2009 Event Assignments page beginning on Monday, 21 September 2009.
